Secure the location:

Secure the location without putting yourself in danger, then call 112 for help .

Examine consciousness:

Talk to the individual and give simple commands, e.x. to move your fingers, open your eyes. If they do not react, pinch the underside of the upper arm to look for reactions.

 

Examine whether the individual is breathing:

Examine if they are breathing, if necessary clean the outer part of the individual's mouth. Lean their head back to secure airways. Lean over the person to examine the following: does their chest raise, do you feel them  breathing against your cheek? Help with CPR if the individual is not breathing, call an ambulance if the individual is unconscious, injured or affected.
