Heat Stroke

symptoms:

Red, hot head, hot skin, increasing heart rate, dizziness

 

What should you do to help the individual?

Start by calling 112, then place the individual's head higher than their body, give them water / drink. Take it easy and avoid physical exertion, going outdoors can also help with cooling down. Stay with the person at all times until the ambulance arrives and make sure that their pulse and breathing continue. If they do not breathe, CPR should be started.
