Pile av piller

Ecstasy has both hallucinogenic and stimulating effects, the hallucinogenic evokes a distorted image of reality while the central stimulant affects the central nervous system. The strongest effects are elated, glassy, energetic and euphoric feelings. The user may also suffer from hyperactivity, restlessness anxiety and poorer self-control. The intoxication lasts for 2-4 hours and the ignition is filled with fatigue, difficulty sleeping, depression and anxiety. This at the same time as memory deteriorates. Even if the intake of drugs ceases, the negative effects of inflammation risk continues for weeks-months. This is because ecstasy strongly affects serotonin levels in the brain, which can deplete the serotonin stores in the brain. Individuals can thus suffer from depression and psychosis afterwards.
